Spring
We receive a large shipment of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and Camellias, just upon opening. Also, during the Spring we offer different classes and workshops on subjects such as: Organic Gardening, Container Gardening, Tomatoes, Perennial Gardening, and more…. Dates and times to be announced on website.
Summer – Gone on Vacation. We close in July to regroup and make plans for the upcoming Spring, grow mums, and buy for Fall and Christmas. During this time we also attend educational workshops and catch up on our to do lists. We encourage our customers to use this time to plan and design for their landscaping needs. Decisions made now will ensure you will be ready to shop and plant in the Fall to create an engaging outdoor living space.
September - "FALL MAGIC" Begins
This year we will have out all of our Christmas trees and Christmas decor items along with our fall items.
Even though you may do the majority of your planting in the Spring, Fall is a great time to experience Midtown Garden Market. We offer an array of Fall decorating items for your home and garden. The slower pace makes it a great time to visit with customers and enjoy one another. We have a great time! We grow approximately 3000 Chrysanthemums, we offer a wide selection of pansies and fall flowers from mixed containers, to hanging baskets, to perennials and shrubs, and of course… don’t forget the PUMPKINS and GOURDS. FALL IS THE BEST TIME TO PLANT trees and shrubs. Also, Fall is a great time to add to your perennial garden and plant your Fall bulbs now for awesome Spring color!
